MOST POPULAR
$225/MONTH
Weekly interior and exterior check, photos and a brief report by email or text, key holding, and package collection during scheduled visits.
PREMIUM.
$325/MONTH
Includes all Plus services and two extra visits each month, up to one hour each.
PROJECT COORDINATION.
Up to $500: $100 fee
Over $500–$1,000: $150 fee
Over $1,000–$2,000: $250 fee
Over $2,000–$3,000: $350 fee
Over $3,000–$5,000: $450 fee
Over $5,000: 10% of project total
